January Meal Plan part 1

Happy New Year!

I skipped meal planning last month because December is always a crazy month. I am back at it now with the beginning of the new year! I have decided to go back to only planning half a month at a time, I find this makes sticking to my plan a lot easier.

1st - 2nd

Friday
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Mac and cheese and carrots/dip
Dinner - Grilled cheese and tomato soup

Saturday
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Pizza
Dinner - Grilled cheese and tomato soup

3rd - 9th
Sunday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Chicken strips, cheese and oranges
Dinner -Stroganoff and green beans

Monday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Popcorn chicken, oranges and cheese
Dinner - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn

Tuesday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Mac and cheese, carrots and dip
Dinner - Chili and corn bread

Wednesday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Chicken, cheese and broccoli
Dinner -  Out

Thursday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Dinner - Pizza

Friday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Eggs, toast and fruit
Dinner - Turkey, carrots and potatoes

Saturday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Turkey Alfredo and broccoli
Dinner - Hot turkey sandwiches, fries and veggies

10th - 16th
Sunday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Eggs, pancakes and fruit
Dinner - Stuffed pasta shells, garden salad and garlic bread

Monday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Eggs, toast and fruit
Dinner - Lasagna roll ups, garden salad and garlic bread

Tuesday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Broccoli alfredo tortellini
Dinner - Chicken tacos, beans and rice

Wednesday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Sandwiches and veggies/dip
Dinner -  Meatball soup

Thursday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Sandwiches, cottage cheese and oranges
Dinner - Pork chops, creamy corn, garden salad and mashed potatoes

Friday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Hot dogs, mac and cheese and veggies/dip
Dinner - Pizza

Saturday -
Breakfast - Yogurt or oatmeal
Lunch - Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Dinner - Gone
