Lunch - Poached eggs, toast and fruit
Dinner - Stroganoff and green beans
Snack - Chips and salsa

Thursday
Breakfast -Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Dinner - Spaghetti
Snack - Jello

Friday
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Lasagna and garlic toast
Dinner - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn
