October 18th - 24th
Sunday
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Out
Dinner - Pork, cucumber salad and sweet potatoes
Snack - Pie

Monday
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Hot dogs, cottage cheese and apple slices
Dinner - Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Snack - Candy corn and peanuts

Tuesday
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Eggs, toast and fruit
Dinner - Chili and garlic bread
Snack - Cheese sticks

Wednesday
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - French toast and fruit
Dinner - Shredded roast beef sandwiches and green beans
Snack - Rice crispies

Thursday
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch -  Chicken nuggets, string cheese and grapes
Dinner - Chicken, carrots and potatoes
Snack - Zucchini bread

Friday
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Cheese quesadillas and carrots/ranch
Dinner - Whole chicken, carrots and potatoes
Snack - Zucchini muffins

Saturday
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Dinner - Chicken and noodles
Snack - Cookies


October 25th - 31st

Lunch - Pancakes, scrambled eggs and fruit
Dinner - Pork chops, apples and stuffing
Snack - Popcorn

Monday

Lunch - Eggs, toast and fruit
Dinner - Pizza
Snack - Apple sauce

Tuesday

Lunch - Mac and cheese
Dinner - Whole chicken, carrots and potatoes
Snack - Oranges

Wednesday

Lunch - Spaghetti
Dinner - Chicken alfredo and broccoli
Snack - Caramel apples
