August Meal Plan Part 1

8/1 - 8/6

Monday-
Breakfast - PBJ wraps with fruit or cereal with fruit
Lunch - Turkey sandwiches, chips and carrots/ranch
Dinner - Roast beef sandwiches, corn on the cob and cucumber salad

Tuesday-
Breakfast - Pumpkin muffins 
Lunch - French toast and fruit
Dinner - Beef and noodles with green beans

Wednesday
Breakfast - PBJ wraps with fruit or cereal with fruit
Lunch - Ravoli
Dinner - Pork chops, wild rice and veggies

Thursday - Destiny's Birthday Picks
Breakfast - PBJ wraps with fruit or cereal with fruit
Lunch - Picnic with Dad
Dinner - Nachos

Friday -
Breakfast - PBJ wraps with fruit or cereal with fruit
Lunch - Tuna sandwiches, string cheese and carrots/ranch
Dinner - Crock pot lasagna

Saturday-
Breakfast - Eggs, toast and fruit
Lunch - Turkey sandwiches, chips and carrots/ranch
Dinner - Chili

8/7 - 8/13
Sunday -
Breakfast - PBJ wraps with fruit or cereal with fruit
Lunch - Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Dinner - Meat loaf, potatoes and corn

Monday -
Breakfast - Zucchini bread
Lunch - Broccoli alfredo tortellini
Dinner - Spaghetti and salad

Tuesday -
Breakfast - PBJ wraps with fruit or cereal with fruit
Lunch - Eggs, toast and fruit
Dinner - Roasted turkey and veggies

Wednesday -
Breakfast - PBJ wraps with fruit or cereal with fruit
Lunch - Turkey and veggie soup
Dinner - Turkey alfredo and broccoli

Thursday -
Breakfast - PBJ wraps with fruit or cereal with fruit
Lunch - Ravoli
Dinner - Turkey pot pie

Friday -
Breakfast - PBJ wraps with fruit or cereal with fruit
Lunch - Hot dogs, veggies/ranch and chips
Dinner - Pizza night

Saturday -
Breakfast - PBJ wraps with fruit or cereal with fruit
Lunch - Sandwiches, string cheese and veggies/dip
Dinner - Chicken tacos, rice and beens
