Meal plan

Monday -
Lunch - Soup or salad
Dinner - turkey sandwiches and fruit
Snacks - grapes

Tuesday -
Lunch - mac and cheese with tuna and carrot sticks
Dinner - grilled cheese and tomato soup
Snacks -apple sauce

Wednesday -
Lunch - popcorn chicken, carrot sticks and string cheese
Dinner - shredded roast sandwiches, fries and roasted carrots
Snacks - celery with peanut butter

Thursday -
Lunch - cheese quesadillas and carrot sticks
Dinner - taco pasta toss
Snack - grapes

Friday -
Lunch - turkey and cheese sandwiches, cottage cheese and carrots sticks
Dinner - gone
Snack - orange slices

Saturday - gone

Sunday-
Lunch- gone
Dinner- chicken breasts, creamy garlic pasta and broccoli
Snack- apples
