Lunch - chicken nuggets, cheese sticks and veggies
Dinner - beef stew and dinner rolls
Snack - yogurt

Tuesday
Lunch - turkey sandwiches and veggies
Dinner - chicken breasts, rice and green beans
Snack - fruit

Wednesday
Lunch - fish sticks, cottage cheese and veggies
Dinner - meatball sliders and veggies
Snack - cookies

Thursday
Lunch - pizza rolls and carrot sticks
Dinner - chicken and dumplings, veggies
Snack - banana or apple slices

Friday
Lunch - mac and cheese with tuna and veggies
Dinner -steak, baked beans and veggies
Snack- apple sauce

Saturday
Lunch - grilled cheese roll ups and tomato soup
Dinner - turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy and corn
Snack - ice cream cups

Sunday
Lunch - pizza
Dinner - turkey and rice soup with dinner rolls                                                                              
Snack - brownies
