I had been doing monthly plans but it is was getting easy to break away from them. I am going back to two week plans.

Lunch - Grilled turkey and cheese sandwiches and fruit
Dinner - Pizza
Snack - Kiwis
Saturday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Hot dogs, baked beans and carrots
Dinner - Hot dish
Snack - Cookies
October 4th - 10th
Sunday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Chicken alfredo and broccoli
Dinner - Egg scrambles
Snack - Caramel apples
Monday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Chicken fries, tater tots and carrots
Dinner - Chicken, potatoes and veggies
Snack - Apple slices
Tuesday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Eggs, toast and fruit
Dinner - Chicken tacos, beans and rice
Snack - Apple slices
Wednesday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Pancakes and fruit
Dinner - Meatloaf, potatoes and corn
Snack - Oatmeal bars
Thursday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Salsa chicken quesadillas
Dinner - Spaghetti and garlic bread
Snack - Apple sauce
Friday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Cheesy chicken and broccoli over noodles
Dinner - Crockpot homemade tomato soup and grilled cheese
Snack - Cookies
Saturday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Eggs, toast and fruit
Dinner - Whole chicken, carrots and potatoes
Snack - Brownies
October 11th - 17th
Sunday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Chicken strips, carrots and dip and string cheese
Dinner - Chicken and noodles and veggies
Snack - Cake
Monday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Hot dogs, baked beans and carrots
Dinner - Steak and potato soup
Snack - Zucchini muffins
Tuesday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Chicken strips, string cheese and apple sauce
Dinner - Veggie Beef soup and rolls
Snack - Oranges
Wednesday -
Breakfast - Oatmeal or yogurt
Lunch - Eggs, toast and fruit
Dinner - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn
Snack - Zucchini bread
Thursday -
