Meal Plan

Monday
Lunch - zucchini casserole
Dinner - zucchini cups
Snack - cobbler

Tuesday
Lunch - mac and cheese with tuna
Dinner - spaghetti and meat sauce
Snack -zucchini bread

Wednesday
Lunch - eggs, toast and fruit
Dinner - pasta shells and garlic bread
Snack - grapes

Thursday
Lunch - turkey rolls and cucumbers
Dinner - chicken breast, rice and green beans
Snack - yogurt

Friday
Lunch - cheese quesadillas and carrots/dip
Dinner - roast sandwiches, carrots and french fries
Snack- pineapple

Saturday
Lunch - chicken fries, tater tots and carrot sticks
Dinner -  gone
Snack - apples

Sunday
Lunch - gone
Dinner - corned beef, carrots and potatoes
Snack - cake
