Weekly meal plan

Monday-
Lunch - sandwiches and soup
Dinner - spaghetti
Snack - yogurt

Tuesday-
Lunch - mac and cheese with tuna and carrots/dip
Dinner - meatloaf, rice and green beans
Snack - orange slices

Wednesday-
Lunch - chicken fries, cottage cheese and carrots
Dinner - strognaoff and corn
Snack - apple slices

Thursday-
Lunch - cheese quesadillas and apple slices
Dinner - creamy cheesy pasta, veggies and chicken breasts
Snack - pears

Friday-
Lunch - grilled cheese and soup
Dinner - chicken alfredo and broccoli
Snack - rice crispy bars

Saturday-
Lunch - chicken fries, french fries and carrots
Dinner - gone
Snack - oatmeal cookies

Sunday -
Lunch - pancakes, eggs and fruit
Dinner - cheesy potato soup
Snack - frozen yogurt
