Lunch has gotten a little bit boring and routine around here so I have been trying to make different things that are still easy and quick. The cheeseburger puffs I made were a huge hit here.
Ingredients-
hamburger
garlic salt
pepper
ketchup
mustard
shredded cheddar cheeese
croissant rolls
Preheat oven to 350
Fry hamburger and season with garlic salt and pepper. In a large mixing bowl add ketchup and mustand ( I did this to taste ), add in a couple hand fulls of shredded cheddar and mix.
Open the croissant rolls, unfold them into the triangles and lay them flat on a large baking pan or baking stone, scoop a spoonful of the meat mixture onto the large end and then fold the roll over, you will be able to see the mixture on the sides and that is okay.
Bake until roll is done and enjoy!
I started this blog to share with others the things I do as a mother. That will include product reviews, recipes, information on things I find important when it comes to my children and so much more!
