January Meal Plan

Jan 1st - 4th
Thursday -
Breakfast -  Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Dinner - Cheesy burgers, carrots and chips/dip
Snack - Apple crisp

Friday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Chicken strips, carrots/dip and string cheese
Dinner - Take out
Snack - Ice cream

Saturday-
Breakfast - Pancakes and apple slices
Lunch - Mac and cheese and veggies/dip
Dinner - Sloppy joes, french fries and carrots/dip
Snack - Apple slices

Sunday -
Breakfast - Pancakes and grapes
Lunch - Sandwiches and veggies/dip
Dinner - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn
Snack - Root beer floats


Jan 5th - 11th
Monday -
Breakfast - Cereal or Oatmeal
Lunch - Cheesy rice and broccoli
Dinner - Potato soup and rolls
Snack - Eggnog cookies

Tuesday -
Breakfast - Breakfast or oatmeal
Lunch - Chicken strips and mac and cheese
Dinner - Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Snack - Apple slices

Wednesday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Chicken strips, apple sauce and string cheese
Dinner - Pizza
Snack - Apple slices

Thursday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Ravoli
Dinner - Chili
Snack - Brownies

Friday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Pancakes and fruit
Dinner - Cheesy scrambled eggs, fruit and toast
Snack - Oranges

Saturday -

Lunch - Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Dinner - Ham steak, au gratin potatoes and green beans
Snack - Bananas
