Meal plan Sept 2 - 15th

In an effort to cut down on grocery costs, I am making a few changes to the meal plan. I added breakfast to help me keep track of how much I need to buy and added more meatless meals.

Monday-
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - PBJ and banana slices
Dinner - Cheesy hamburger rice and veggies
Snack - Popcorn

Tuesday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Tuna sandwiches, string cheese and carrots/dip
Dinner - Spaghetti and meat sauce
Snack - Graham crackers and apple slices

Wednesday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Chicken strips, apple sauce and 
Dinner - Hamburger macaroni and green beans
Snack - .Yogurt

Thursday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Mac and cheese with carrots/dip
Dinner - Goulash 
Snack - Oranges

Friday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - PBJ and banana slices
Dinner - Chicken breast, rice and green beans
Snack - Popcorn

Saturday-
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Chicken strips, french fries and carrots
Dinner - Homemade tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches
Snack - Oranges

Sunday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Pancakes and fruit
Dinner - Crock pot chicken, carrots and potatoes
Snack - Cookies

Lunch - Fried eggs and fruit
Dinner - Hamburger mac and green beans
Snack - Pineapple cubes

Wednesday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Cheese quesadillas and carrots/dip
Dinner - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn
Snack - Pineapple cubes

Thursday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Scrambled eggs, peanutbutter toast and fruit
Dinner - Meatless penne pasta
Snack - Popcorn

Friday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Chicken strips, carrots/dip and cheese
Dinner - Crock pot whole chicken, potatoes and carrots
Snack - Apple slices and peanut butter

Saturday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Lunch meat sandwiches and veggies
Dinner - Chicken alfredo and broccoli
Snack - Oranges

Sunday -
Breakfast - Cereal or oatmeal
Lunch - Lunch meat sandwiches and veggies
Dinner - Hamburger stew
Snack - Pudding

Meal Plan Aug 19 - Sept 1

I got out of meal planning for awhile there. Being pregnant and sick made me not very motivated. Now that I am feeling better, I am ready to get back at it.

Monday -
Lunch - Tuna sandwiches, string cheese and carrots/dip
Dinner - Homemade tomato soup  and cheese garlic bread ( made this the night before in my crock pot, I added garlic and basil to mine )
Snack - Apple sauce

Tuesday -
Lunch - Eggs, toast and fruit
Dinner - Chicken and dumplings with green beans
Snack - Orange slices

Wednesday -
Lunch - Chicken strips, applesauce and string cheese
Dinner - Cheesy hamburger potato soup
Snack - Jello

Thursday -
Lunch - Sandwiches, chips and carrots/dip
Dinner - Spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic bread
Snack - Apple sauce

Friday -
Lunch - Chicken strips, applesauce and string cheese
Dinner - Pancakes, eggs and fruit
Snack - Cookies

Saturday-
Lunch - gone
Dinner - gone
Snack - gone

Sunday -
Lunch - gone
Dinner - Hamburger rice and veggies
Snack - Birthday cake

Lunch - Mac and cheese and carrots/dip
Dinner - Salsa Chicken Tacos
Snack - Orange slices

Thursday -
Lunch - Chicken strips, string cheese and apple sauce
Dinner - Spaggetti and meat sauce
Snack - Peanut butter and apple slices

Friday -
Lunch - Sandwiches, chips and carrots/dip
Dinner - Meatloaf, mashed potaotes and corn
Snack - Ice cream

Saturday -
Lunch - Pizza
Dinner - French toast, eggs and fruit
Snack - Apple sauce

Sunday -
Lunch - Hotdogs, french fries and carrots/dip
Dinner - hamburger gravy over mashed potatoes and corn
Snack - Cookies
